Citroen are teasing what appears to be a DS SUV ahead of the Shanghai Motor Show later in April – the Citroen Wild Rubis Concept. With French car makers suffering from a downturn in sales in recent years, one beacon of light has been the success of the resurrected DS badge to adorn a range of more upmarket Citroens. From initial scepticism when Citroen revealed their plans to re-badge and titivate mainstream Citroens with some DS history, we were won over by the brilliant DS3 which managed to turn the rather beige C3 in to a properly appealing – and properly fun – sporty hatch.
Italian design and engineering firm Bertone is in talks with a Chinese car collector to sell its one-off Nuccio supercar. "We are currently in close negotiations with a Chinese collector who wants to buy the Nuccio," Bertone CEO Marco Filippa told Automotive News Europe at the Beijing motor show. The asking price for the Nuccio, which took an estimated 15,000 hours to design, engineer and build, is about $2.64 million (2 million euros), Filippa said.
Nissan has revealed the changes to the 2010 GT-R
At the Tokyo Motor Show Nissan brought along the 2010 Nissan GT-R with a raft of minor tweaks and adjustments for their supercar killing four seat coupe. We thought that they’d probably be available just in Japan to kick off with (the 2010 GT-R launches there in December) but Nissan has sent us the 2010 updates for the GT-R for the UK and Europe this afternoon, so it looks like it’s updates round the world. Just about all the changes are under the skin for the GT-R.
